Terms & Conditions – Home Massage Abu Dhabi
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Home Massage Abu Dhabi website and your booking or use of any massage and wellness services we provide (“Services”). By contacting us, booking a session, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. About Our Services
Home Massage Abu Dhabi provides licensed, mobile wellness and massage therapy services delivered to clients’ homes, hotels, apartments, and private villas across Abu Dhabi. Our services include, but are not limited to, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, Thai massage, aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, sports massage, prenatal/postnatal massage, lymphatic drainage massage, Maderotherapy, couple massage, and related wellness treatments, delivered by therapists engaged or contracted by Home Massage Abu Dhabi.
Our services are strictly limited to legitimate massage therapy and wellness treatment. We do not provide, and will not accommodate requests for, any service outside this scope.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to book a session on your own behalf.
- By booking a service, you confirm that all information you provide (identity, location, health disclosures) is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- Services for minors (under 18) are not offered under any circumstances.
3. Booking, Pricing & Payment
- All bookings are subject to therapist availability and confirmation by our team.
- Pricing is communicated and confirmed at the time of booking based on the treatment type and session duration selected. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and may be updated from time to time; the price confirmed at booking is the price that applies to that appointment.
- Payment is due upon completion of the session unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking see our Booking & Cancellation Policy for full payment terms.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, safety concerns, or inability to verify booking details.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and late-arrival terms are governed by our separate Booking & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy where applicable.
5. Client Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe, professional environment for our therapists, clients are expected to:
- Treat therapists with courtesy and respect at all times.
- Provide a safe, appropriate environment for the session (a private, reasonably clean space with enough room for a massage table or mat).
- Disclose relevant health information (injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, allergies) accurately before the session begins.
- Refrain from any behavior that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or sexually inappropriate toward the therapist, whether verbal, physical, or otherwise.
- Understand and respect that our services are strictly therapeutic massage and wellness treatments — no other service is offered, implied, or available under any circumstances.
We reserve the right for a therapist to immediately end a session, without refund, if a client’s conduct is abusive, unsafe, or violates this code of conduct. In such cases, the client may also be permanently barred from booking future services with us.
6. Therapist Code of Conduct
Our therapists are expected to:
- Arrive on time, in professional attire, with sanitized equipment as outlined in our Hygiene & Safety Standards.
- Conduct every session strictly within the scope of professional massage therapy.
- Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times, including proper draping technique throughout the session.
- Check in with clients on comfort and pressure throughout the treatment.
- Immediately end a session and report the incident to our support team if a client behaves inappropriately, unsafely, or outside the accepted scope of service.
If a therapist fails to meet these standards, please report it to our support team so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
7. Health & Safety Disclaimer
- Massage therapy is generally safe for most individuals but is not appropriate for everyone or every condition. Clients with pre-existing medical conditions, recent surgeries, cardiovascular issues, blood clotting disorders, active infections, or complicated pregnancies should consult a doctor before booking.
- Our therapists are trained massage professionals, not medical practitioners. Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
- You are responsible for disclosing accurate health information before your session. We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate health information.
- If you experience any unusual pain, discomfort, or adverse reaction during or after a session, please inform your therapist immediately and, if necessary, seek medical attention.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:
- Home Massage Abu Dhabi and its therapists are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected bookings.
